As Lead Engineer, you will lead Process-related design activities for our global plant delivery projects. In this position, you will report to Director, Plant Engineering.This position is mainly located in Espoo (Finland), but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options.Team you belong toThis is a great opportunity to join our professional yet easygoing team. Lead the Process Engineering in projects and manage interphases with other disciplines during projects
Participate in Equipment and pipeline sizing
Manage quality and schedule as well as subcontracted engineering work
Participate in the preparation of other process-related engineering deliverables
Participate in developing Metso's Metals refining plants and Engineering solutions.
Be an active member in Development including working methods, Diagrams related Engineering tools, productization of Engineering

Who you are

You have a degree in Process Engineering or Process Metallurgy (B.Eng., M.Eng.). Studies in Plant Design are considered an advantage.
You have a strong background in Process engineering
You are positive and eager to learn more, develop and succeed.
You have a customer-focused and innovative mindset and problem-solving skills.
You can work as part of a team, while also working independently on certain tasks
You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English
You understand ATEX and PED directives and SIL calculations
The knowledge of Engineering Design tools such as MicroStation, AutoCad or Aveva is considered an advantage.
