- Deliver outstanding customer support via phone calls, chats and emails;
- Build strong and lasting customer relationships;

- Excellent Estonian communication skills (at least C1 level for both spoken and written) and English at B2 level;
- Experience in customer support for at least 6 months;
- Positive, proactive and responsible attitude;
- Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload);
- Experience with CRM systems;
- Fixed schedule: Mon–Fri: 09:00-17:00 (GMT +2);
