We respect our talented employees and offer flexible working conditions in a supportive global team of cybersecurity experts.The position is located in Espoo or Hyvinkää, Finland.ResponsibilitiesDrive the long‑term cloud security strategy aligned with KONE’s business and product roadmaps.Define KONE’s cloud security architecture to meet risk-based, threat-based, and regulatory security requirements.Define practices and tooling for cloud security governance, IAM, workload security, vulnerability management, monitoring, and threat detection.Lead security maturity improvement in cloud environments and define metrics and KPIs to measure the cloud security posture.Lead a small team of cloud security engineers to guide and advise KTI cloud teams on secure architecture, design, implementation, and security verification and validation activities.RequirementsM.Sc. or equivalent in cybersecurity or another relevant technical field.10+ years of relevant working experience, of which at least 5+ years as a cybersecurity lead engineer or a cybersecurity architect. CSSP or other relevant security certification is considered a plus.Practical large-scale implementation experience on at least one cloud platform (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Alibaba Cloud).
