- Provide accurate sales pipeline maintenance
- Be capable of turning customer documentation into offers and contracts.
- Lead and Opportunity Management: Conduct initial discovery meetings, identify, track and qualify leads, and ensure follow-up actions are taken to drive sales opportunities. Prepare quotations.
- Customer Interaction and Issue Resolution: Serve as the first point of contact for customer calls when sales professionals are unavailable, providing timely and accurate information. Address delivery issues, handle complaints, and support customer relationship management.
- Administrative and logistical support. Participate in order management and assist securing deliveries.
- Minimum Bsc. In Electrical field
- Minimum 5 years of sales/project experience in similar field preferred
- Fluent in Finnish and English
- Broad buildings electrical distribution system knowledge especially UPS, MV and LV.
- Understanding of common commercial terms, and preferably segment expertise in C&I-segment.
- Have a basic knowledge of product portfolio, marine application, understanding of the security standards used by defence sector
- SAP knowledge and experience.
- Be a visible advocate of digital tools & cadence systems to drive sales efficiency/effectiveness.
