No fuss, just a tight team making something beautiful from scratch.Now we're looking for someone just as sharp and self-driven, who's excited to help shape what we're building.What you will doYou'll design and build the tools, dashboards, and systems that power our asset workflows, admin infrastructure, and AI-powered automation - the operational backbone of the game. You'll also lead the development of our customer-facing Portal,It's a broad role in a small team, we are a startup after all, so you'll also pitch in wherever needed and think it's fun. You'll be working together with some seriously experienced teammates, and everyone here has real influence on what we build, how we build it, and what gets shipped. Strong experience with TypeScript
Skilled at building tools, dashboards, and scalable admin UIs
Comfortable working with APIs, backend integrations, and async data flows
Good UX instincts
Self-directed, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup

Bonus If You've Worked On

Unity tooling or editor extensions
Creative pipelines, game content systems, or data-heavy workflows
Cloud platforms like GCP, and experience with task automation or ML-based tooling

How We WorkThis role is based in Helsinki, where you'll be part of a small, autonomous team working closely with colleagues in both Helsinki and Stockholm. We work in a hybrid setup - a mix of remote and regular in-person collaboration. We value flexibility, but also believe great things happen when we spend time together. We're not able to support relocation at this stage, so the role requires you to already be based locally.
