As the company evolves, we need experienced and skilled crew to enable our ro-ro and ro-pax operations and doing our part in supporting the Finnish security of supply.We are now seeking highly skilled and motivated professionals to join our growing team in the following permanent positions:⚓ 1st Engineer⚓ Electro-Technical Officers (ETOs)We invest in new next generation vessels and more sustainable technologies, with the goal of shaping the future of sustainable shipping. Since 2020, Finnlines has introduced three new Finneco ro-ro vessels and two Superstar class ro-pax vessels, Finnsirius and Finncanopus. In 2025, Finnlines made an order for three new Hansa Superstar class vessels, that enter traffic between 2028 and 2029.

Valid STCW certifications appropriate for the role, 1. engineer needs Chief Engineer certificate
Proven experience in the applied position
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Commitment to safety, environmental compliance and teamwork
Familiarity with modern ship systems and a proactive attitude toward innovation.
