– Owning day-to-day operations for the tool and observability
– Triage and prioritize incoming evaluation requests from multiple product lanes
– Maintain and refine the evaluation backlog and workflows
– Coordinate small tooling and observability improvements with engineering and data teams
– Enable teams to selfserve
– Onboard teams to the tool and process; run training and office hours
– Pair with teams to stand up good first evaluations and then transition them to selfserve
– Collect feedback from users and feed it back into tool and process improvements
– Observability and quality tracking
– Define and track basic coverage/quality metrics for evaluations across products
– Surface gaps, risks, and regressions and drive them to resolution with the right teams
– Keep documentation current so new teams can onboard quickly and safelyWe are looking for– Several years of demonstrated experience and strong competence in product operations, technical program management, or product management for data/ML/AI or regulated products
– Several years of demonstrated experience designing or running evaluation frameworks (e.g., experimentation, QA, model evals, safety reviews, or clinical-style studies)
– Great collaboration and communication skills
– Strong project and stakeholder management skills
– Fluency in English
– Ability to commit to a 6 month assignmentTo succeed in the role, your personal skills are:
