As a Health Care Assistant, you will work closely with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of care. Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and nutrition.
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
help maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.
Monitor and report any changes in patient conditions to nursing staff.
Document patient care activities accurately and maintain confidentiality.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to patient care plans.
Support training and orientation for new staff as needed.

Requirements

Experience as a Health Care Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
Relevant certification in Health Care Assistance or a related field.
Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
Ability to work flexibly across varying shifts.
Commitment to providing high-quality care and adhering to professional standards.
