- Act as special reactor physics expert in all activities related to the product on the conceptual definition and deep understanding focused on R&D projects.
- Running verifications using simulation tools to simulate different behaviors of the Reactors in operation.
- Managing technical risk for the developed solutions.
- Preparing reports and related documents in accordance with internal research and documenting deep knowledge of reactors.
- Provide technical support to factories assessing challenging requirements and failure investigation.Your background
- You hold a MSc or BSc combined with work-life experience in engineering or applied physics.
- You have the interest and ability to work with cross-competence topics.
- You have sound analytical skills, including simulation tools and preferably have experience in designing and conducting experiments.
- You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others to achieve great results.
- Overall understanding and domain expertise in reactors and transformers is a plus.
- Preferably you have experience in, or ability to develop, project management and technical leadership skills.
- You have good communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Swedish and Finnish is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and try new things.
- Experience with dielectric and magnetic modeling methods and tools is a plus.
