– Performing hardware testing according to defined plans, using specialized test equipment and software to verify functionality, durability, and safety.
– Verifying the operation of measurement circuits, including CT and VT circuits, and confirming correct polarity.
– Executing interface testing, interlocking scheme verification, and SCADA communication checks.
– Creating signals from the source and confirming correct operation on HMI and protection systems.
– Reading and interpreting circuit diagrams and layout drawings, documenting anomalies, and suggesting improvements to the design team.We are looking for– A Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering.
– Previous experience in hardware testing (this can be through internships, projects, or previous work experience).
– Familiarity with following and supporting structured test plans and procedures.
– The ability to read and understand technical documentation such as circuit diagrams, layout drawings, and cable lists.
– Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken English is required. Finnish or other language skills are considered a definite plus.To succeed in the role, your personal skills are:
