We are looking for customer serviceoriented and energetic receptionists to strengthen the Ranua Resort team for the upcoming season. As a receptionist, you will play a key role being one of the first people our guests meet when they arrive to experience authentic nature adventures in Ranua.Your work will take place at the receptions of our holiday villas, igloo village, and campsite.The position is fixed-term, lasting approximately three months, starting as agreed.Your responsibilities include:– Welcoming guests and handling check-ins/check-outs– Managing emails and bookings (using Travius)– Selling and arranging activity services– Providing general customer service and on-site information– Possibility to take part in night shiftsWe expect from you:– Genuine customer service attitude and a cheerful approach to work– Flexibility and initiative– Good teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure– English language skills (required), other languages are considered an advantage– Previous experience in reception work (a plus)– Alcohol service and hygiene passports (a plus)– First aid training EA-1 or EA-2 (an advantage)We offer you:– The opportunity to work in a unique environment in the middle of nature– An international and warm-hearted work community– A versatile role and the chance to develop as a customer service professional– Staff benefits for resort services and accommodation– Competitive salary based on your skills and experienceJoin the Ranua Resort team and lets create warm encounters together in a cold yet beautiful landscape.Interested?
