Technical execution is no longer the bottleneck in business; ideas are.We believe that **the most valuable asset of the future is the person with the best imagination.**Machines can spit out thousands of ideas, but they don’t live in the real world. They don’t know what the actual bottleneck is that Finnish companies are willing to pay for right now. That is why we are now looking for equity partners (no monthly salary, but with massive upside potential) whose sole task is to connect the real problems of the business world with current AI capabilities to create new business.We are not looking for coders or video producers. We are looking for people who can see how to utilize these new tools in business and to drive sales growth. We offer equity, freedom, and the chance to build something truly remarkable.**What do we expect from you?**– **Minimum input:** You come up with one (1) problem slowing down the Finnish business landscape or working life, and an AI-based solution (e.g., agents, automation, generative AI) for it per week.– **Weekly meeting:** You share your idea with the team once a week. We vote on the best idea of the group, and we put AI to work to execute it.**What we DON’T want to know about you:**– **Your educational background:** We have nothing against educationquite the opposite, we value it highly! But we believe the best ideas can be born anywhere. Therefore, we will never leave an amazing person out of the game just because a specific degree is missing.– **Your previous work history:** We don’t care if you’ve been a CEO, a specialist, or worked in a completely different field. Often, someone looking from outside the box sees solutions much more clearly than an expert who has plowed the same fields for years. That’s why we don’t require a long work history; we are looking for the right attitude.– **Your titles:** These mean nothing to us, because yesterday’s titles won’t solve tomorrow’s problems. Your core expertise can be from any fieldor none at all.**What do we value above all else?**– **Imagination:** You can envision solutions where none exist yet.– **Entrepreneurial mindset:** You see opportunities everywhere, not obstacles.
