They are also increasingly relevant in supporting fast-growing demand related to AI infrastructure, data centers, industrial electrification, and other evolving grid requirements.The role is positioned in an international working environment, with close collaboration across teams and stakeholders in Stafford, UK; USA; India; Germany; and Finland.Test LeadAs a Test Lead you will be responsible for leading and coordinating testing and validation activities in a complex technical environment. The role includes ownership of test planning, requirements traceability, test execution follow-up, defect coordination, and reporting. Test Lead is expected to ensure that test cases are systematically linked to requirements, that test activities are planned and executed in a structured manner, and that testing progress, quality, and risks are visible to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires close cooperation with engineering teams, developers, system experts, and other stakeholders to ensure that verification and validation activities are executed efficiently and with high quality.
