Senior Manager – Capital Structure

- Execute debt issuance transactions, including bonds, loans, and other financing instruments, managing the end-to-end process from structuring through to execution
- Execution of corporate dividends and share buyback programs, ensuring alignment with capital allocation priorities and regulatory requirements
- Support the development and implementation of the company's overall capital structure strategy, including leverage targets, maturity profiles, and funding mix
- Maintain strong relationships with Nokia Core Bank Group, rating agencies, and other financial partners
- Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations to senior management, the Board, and external parties, clearly communicating complex financial analysis and strategic recommendations
- Financial modelling and scenario analysis to evaluate the impact of various capital structure decisions
- Partner with Treasury, Tax, Legal, and Accounting teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions and compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Stay abreast of market developments, regulatory changes, and industry trends that may impact the company's financing strategy
- A senior, high-impact role at the heart of the company's financial strategy
- Exposure to complex, large-scale transactions across global capital markets
- A collaborative and intellectually stimulating environment within a world-class finance team
- 5-8 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field
- Deep understanding of financial instruments, capital markets, and corporate finance principles
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with experience preparing and delivering materials at Board and senior executive level
- Highly commercial, with the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Experience working in or with large, multinational organizations is strongly preferred
- Professional qualifications such as CFA, CPA, ACA, or MBA are advantageous
