You’ll apply advanced agentic AI methodologies, such as Agentic Swarm Coding and Spec-Driven Development, to accelerate and elevate software delivery.With a diverse range of notable clients across multiple sectors, we take pride in developing business-critical, large-scale solutions that make a real impact. We prioritize your personal development and offer sparring opportunities with experienced colleagues. Responsibilities:In this role, you'd be responsible for:

Designing and developing modern cloud-based APIs, systems integrations, and enterprise applications for our customers, facilitating their digital transformation efforts
Constantly strengthening capabilities in utilizing AI-driven software development, including Agentic Swarm Coding and Spec-Driven Development
Designing DevOps practices and contributing to the creation of high-quality DevOps pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) automation
Collaborating with various stakeholders and programming hands-on utilizing modern agentic AI tools like Claude Code

Qualifications:What will help you to succeed:

Experience in developing enterprise-level web applications, APIs, and integrations using cloud-native technologies, programming hands-on
Good general understanding on how to get the best results with AI, using best practices for AI-driven software development (Spec-Driven Development, Agentic Swarm Coding, Claude Code, Github Copilot).
Proficiency with Azure services such as App Service, Container Apps, Functions, SQL Database, Cosmos DB, Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hubs, Azure DevOps CI/CD
Proficiency in .NET (C#) development
Familiarity with data modeling and front-end technologies like React.js is an advantage
Effective communication skills in both English and Finnish
