The department consists of three operational assistant teams in Finland and also in our other locations in Europe.In this new role, you will lead the assistant teams' work in Europe. You will be responsible for the teams' service delivery, service design and work process development of our operational support services globally. You will report to the Vice President, Global Organizational Services and you will be based at our headquarters in Espoo. Country assistants in our European offices
Executive Assistants team which supports the Neste Executive Committee members (EVPs) and their leadership teams
Office Assistants' team in Finland working in Espoo and Porvoo

Your key accountabilities will be:

Leading the department of three operational assistant teams
Accountability of service delivery according to the agreed service levels and operation models
Service design and work process development of Neste operational support services globally. Centralized service delivery model will be implemented in part of the local assistant services in Finland.
Capability and skills development of operational support services
Leading the change management of the new Operational Support department in Neste's transformation

The best combination to succeed in this roleWe value your experience and willingness to lead a team in a global environment. You also have experience in leading change. Your background can be for example from service development, HR or leading a support function in an international company. You are also used to working with the C-level.Other strengths we value

Strong digital skills (e.g. Google-tools) and development orientation
Proactiveness and ability to make operational decisions
Positive service-oriented mindset and adaptivity to change
High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, discrete way of working
Fluency in Finnish and English, both verbal and written
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, e.g. service design, leadership, HR or equivalent
Responsible attitude with a safety-oriented mindset
