Now, were looking for a Travel Designer whos eager to help shape the future of Arctic travel and create experiences people will remember for years to come.Your RoleAs a Travel Designer, youll be both an expert consultant and a creative planner, turning dreams into perfectly tailored journeys. Youll work with a variety of clients from private travelers to international B2B partners designing custom, multi-destination itineraries ranging from mid-range to luxury. This is a hands-on, dynamic role combining travel design, sales, and relationship management. It would be an advantage if you could share your expertise with us in this field and bring fresh ideas to help develop our operations even further.What Youll Do– Drive sales growth and expand our customer base both independently and as part of the team– Design and deliver tailor-made travel experiences in Lapland and across the Arctic region– Build and nurture relationships with clients through outstanding, personalised service– Coordinate travel arrangements with suppliers, service providers, and our internal team to ensure seamless delivery– Contribute to marketing and product development by sharing insights and expertise– Stay ahead of travel trends and continuously develop your skillsWhat Were Looking For– Minimum 3 years of experience as a Travel Designer, Consultant, or in travel sales/planning– Strong knowledge of Lapland and Arctic destinations– Proven ability to sell and design tailor-made, multi-stop trips for a range of budgets– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills– Comfortable using booking systems, CRMs, and digital tools– Marketing skills or interest in marketing is a plus– Initiative and readiness to start soon– Fluency in English is required; Finnish language skills are considered an advantageWhat We Offer– The chance to be part of a small, ambitious, and fast-growing company– A supportive and collaborative team environment– Initially office-based work in Rovaniemi, with the option for remote work later on– The opportunity to see the direct results of your work and help shape our operations– Access to an international network of top-tier travel industry partnersThis is your opportunity to join us at a pivotal growth stage and help build a brand recognised worldwide for its Lapland and Arctic experiences.
