Lead Firmware Engineer - Salo/Espoo - up to 6200€/pm + bonusOur client is looking for a Lead Firmware Engineer to join their expanding team. You will be working for a company that focuses on developing and delivering innovative identification solutions utilizing the latest RFID & IoT technologies for real-time item tracking.Your role will be responsible for leading a team of firmware engineers in the development of firmware for our products.Responsibilities

Lead a team of firmware engineers in the development of firmware for our products.
Ensure that the firmware is of high quality and meets the requirements of our customers.
Ensure that the firmware is integrated into their products.
Develop and maintain firmware engineering processes and procedures.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the firmware engineering team.
Participate in the hiring process for new firmware engineers.

They're looking for someone with experience in:

Experience in firmware engineering.
Experience in a leadership role is appreciated.
Strong programming skills in C/C++, Python, or Java.
Experience with embedded systems and real-time operating systems.
Experience with firmware development on a Linux platform.
Experience with industrial protocols such as Profinet, Ethernet/IP, and OPC UA is an advantage.
Experience with version control systems such as GIT and SVN.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
