
Business Development Manager, Supply

- Strategically grow our supply base by identifying, activating, and building new, long-term relationships with iPhone & iPad suppliers.
- Negotiate market-leading terms on a weekly basis, securing the best possible prices and favorable payment terms.
- Enhance supplier relationships through best-in-class supplier management, fostering better collaboration and strategic partnerships and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Drive operational competitive advantage by continuously assessing and improving our procurement processes through data analysis and best practices.
- Act as a key player in risk management, assessing potential risks associated with new opportunities and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Leverage market intelligence by understanding the latest trends and communicating them to the wider company for competitive advantage.
- 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or sourcing in short-cycle B2B contexts, e.g. consumer electronics, electronic parts, IT equipment, or telecommunications.
- A proven track record of managing multi-million euro deals on a monthly basis.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to reach the best possible terms and conditions.
- Experience in stakeholder management, including communicating and collaborating with C-level executives.
- The ability to create and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- A relevant educational background (Bachelor's or Master's degree).
- Ideally, previous experience in and knowledge of used mobile phone markets with existing relationships with key players in the industry.
- A can-do attitude, endless optimism, and are highly impact-oriented.
- A creative and results-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
