:PM Group have a requirement for a Project (Construction) Director for a high profile Mission Critical Data Center construction project in Northern Finland.This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with significant experience in the execution of large-scale Mission Critical / Data Center construction projects and the management of large multi-disciplinary construction teams. Overall Responsibility for the management of the Construction Project.
Ensure that the Construction Service complies fully with PM Group systems and procedures.
Overall management of project Construction Services personnel including the recruitment liaison, onboarding and on-site coordination.
Lead construction projects on site as required.
Provide leadership in the areas of Construction Health & Safety, Construction QA/QC, Constructability, Contracts/Commercial and Project Controls.
Construction management of the General Contractor and Vendors
Ownership on Quality, Time and Cost
Work closely with PM Group Construction Services to enhance and develop the overall service delivery.

At least 10 years' experience in the construction delivery of large-scale Mission Critical and/or Data Center projects and management of multi-disciplinary construction teams
Bachelor or Master degree level qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline
Additional Professional Qualifications in Project Management desirable; Electrical or mechanical engineering background is an advantage
Proven track record in EHS Leadership
Good knowledge of DACH region H&S statutory requirements and understanding contractual models and supply chain capability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong influencing and negotiation skills
Proficiency in English and B2+ level in German of advantage
