We are hiring on behalf of our client for a skilled and reliable Electrical Maintenance Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. This role requires hands-on technical expertise and a strong commitment to safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and repair of electrical systems and equipmentDiagnose electrical faults and implement effective solutionsInstall, maintain, and repair wiring, control systems, and componentsEnsure all work complies with relevant safety regulations and standardsConduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtimeRead and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manualsCollaborate with other maintenance staff and departments as neededMaintain accurate records of maintenance work and inspectionsJob Requirements:Proven experience as an electrician, fitter, or cable installerStrong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety proceduresAbility to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficientlyGood understanding of workplace safety practicesCertifications (Mandatory):Safety Card (required)Additional Qualifications (At least one required):Lift (MEWP) driving licenseHot Work Certificate (Heta Arbeten)Skills & Competencies:Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsAttention to detail and high level of accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood communication skillsPhysically fit and able to work in various environmentsPreferred Qualifications:Previous experience in industrial or commercial maintenance environmentsFamiliarity with preventive maintenance systemsWorking Conditions:May require working at heights, in confined spaces, or in varying weather conditionsFlexibility to work shifts, overtime, or on-call when necessaryMinnovation is a fast-growing HR consulting and Employer of Record (EOR) company, recognized as a multi-year Gazelle Award winner for our rapid and sustainable growth.
