In the role of the customer care consulant your tasks expands and you will be getting more responsibilities.Ideal background for this position would be to have previous experience in customer service and in call centers. You are positive, sales-minded and have excellent communication skills. You are good at solving problems and thrive in customer service. The Customer Care position requires fluent Dutch language skill. You also have to be able to communicate in English as English is the main working language in the office. Given our client is an international company, other languages such as Finnish, Norwegian, Danish or Swedish is a plus.We offer you:– the task is a long-term gig job where shifts depend on the customers needs. The working days are between Monday and Friday and working hours varies between 9.30 am to 5.30 pm.– our client offers a wide range of products of their brands for personal use– a possibility to work remotely 2 days a week after orientation is completed.In this position we comply with the collectice agreement for the commercial sector.
