- Provide high-quality technical support to Finnish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat platforms.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Guide customers in utilizing products and services to their full potential.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with product and engineering teams to tackle complex issues as needed.
- Follow up with customers to guarantee total satisfaction with the solutions provided.
- Stay updated on product developments and industry changes to improve support services.
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in technical support or customer service is highly desirable.
- Strong technical skills and troubleshooting expertise.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, emphasizing customer care.
- Experience with CRM systems and remote support tools is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
