- Design and build elegant solutions-from complex workflows to slick automations-that solve real business problems.
- Manage the entire Atlassian ecosystem, including user access, permissions, and the lifecycle of Marketplace apps.
- Act as the ultimate technical expert for the stack, tackling tough issues, providing smart solutions, and training others to be more self-sufficient.
- Be our guide to the future, staying ahead of Atlassian trends, implementing governance, and ensuring the platform scales with our ambition.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to manage integrations and crush any technical challenges that come your way.
- Several years of hands-on experience as a Jira/Atlassian Administrator or Engineer in a complex, cloud-first environment. You've seen it all.
- Deep proficiency with the Atlassian suite (Jira, JSM, Confluence), including advanced customization of workflows, schemes, and a mastery of JQL.
- A knack for stakeholder management; you can translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate effectively with everyone from engineers to executives.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work in a fast-paced, global team without losing your cool.
- Atlassian certifications (we love to see them!).
- Experience with identity management (Okta, SAML/SSO) and integrating it with Atlassian.
- Scripting and automation skills (Groovy, Python, PowerShell, etc.). You like to make the machines do the work.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices, REST APIs, or have experience with a major migration project.
