To make this engine going we cover all development, from bottom to top, meaning platform solutions all the way to user applications.Your roleIn this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the development process, ensuring that the team adheres to Scrum principles, and driving the delivery of high-quality software solutions. You also participate teams’ daily development tasks related to our global product portfolio. The team is located in Finland and has a broad focus on different system features, at first mainly related to simulation and training capabilities.The main tasks will include the following:

Facilitating team events
Coaching and mentoring the team
Fostering a collaborative and productive team environment
Produce efficient code based on specifications and user needs
Verify and deploy software tools and processes
Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software
Document the information needed for upgrades and maintenance

Your profileAs a person, you are truly a doer, willing to get hands-on solving any problems needed to help the product and the organisation move forward. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a deep understanding of Scrum methodologies. You help the team to continuously think better ways to achieve results and work smarter.You have a collaborative mind-set and you are a team player that encourages an open, trustful and innovative climate. Ideally, you share our eagerness to learn new technologies, and to challenge the status quo.Required skills/experience:

Experience working as a Scrum Master or in a similar role
Excellent knowledge of Scrum and agile methodologies
Good communication skills in speaking and writing (Finnish and English)
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other equivalent background
Good programming skills with at least Java or C/C++
Basic knowledge of Linux

Good-to-have skills/experience:

Certified Scrum Master or equivalent certification
TypeScript/JavaScript and related frameworks
Virtualization and containerization techniques and tools
Product creation experience
