- Act as the key representative for our Finland branch, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between the local team and the company's headquarters.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets and KPIs.
- Set sales quotas, targets, and budgets in alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Be a key player in the management team of the branch.
