- Proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline.
- Drive the full sales cycle. Lead multiple sales engagements to move the clients entirely through from discovery, scoping, sourcing case, and proposal to a successful negotiation and close.
- Strategically prospect into CFOs, Procurement/Operations Leaders, and their teams across Mid- and Enterprise-scale production and service businesses in Europe.
- Build strong and effective relationships that lead to new sourcing cases and opportunities through trust and value messaging.
- Partner with our Supply and Brand Expansion teams to achieve customer satisfaction and a seamless delivery experience.
- Collaborate with our managed supplier network to ensure each sourcing case is optimized for the best products, quantities, and ordering processes, thereby maximizing client value.
- Participate in our sophisticated sales training including MEDDPICC, enterprise sales strategies, negotiation techniques, and gain insights into the distribution industry.
- 2+ years of quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced and competitive market, with a strong focus on acquiring new customers.
- A proven track record of persistence and work ethic, hitting sales targets.
- Ability to articulate the business value of the distribution platform.
- Skilled in building business champions.
- Fluent in English and based in Europe.
- Must live in the target market to quickly adapt to local dynamics.
- Growth mindset with a strong desire to be successful.
- Integrity in all dealings, ensuring that commitments are followed through.
- Previous training in sales methodologies (MEDDICC, SPIN, Challenger Sales etc.).
- Familiarity with procurement, distribution, and logistics is a plus.
