We deliver transactional finance services to BFS units across nine European countries, working in close collaboration with finance colleagues, business stakeholders, and local customer service teams.In this role, you will have a meaningful impact on cash flow, credit risk management, and process efficiency in an international environment.Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage customer credit limits
- Execute collection activities and follow up on overdue receivables
- Reconcile accounts receivable transactions
- Process intercompany invoicing accurately and on time
- Perform month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable
- Contribute to continuous process development within the team
- Support internal and external stakeholders with receivables-related inquiries
- Strong team player with clear and professional communication skills
- Practical experience in accounts receivable or similar financial processes
- Fluent English is required; German skills are considered an asset
- Educational background in accounting, finance, or equivalent experience
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
