- Taking the main lead on handling all payroll process for Sweden and Finland
- Administrating relevant payroll data, preparing and completing payroll payment transactions in the banking system
- Support and work closely with HR staff across the Nordics to ensure that our HR database is updated accurately regarding compensation
- Keeping updated on local payroll legislation and tax rules
- Answering and support staff queries
- Ensuring the monthly and yearly payroll transactions are accounted for in our financial systems
- Performing routine accounting tasks, including reconciliation of accounts
- Assisting in audits and preparation of year-end statements within area of responsibilities
- Assuming responsibility for administration related to insurances or pensions, such as providing brokers, payroll firms or internal stakeholders with information/reports
- Keeping policies and process documentation up to date ensuring compliance
- Ensuring compliance with risk management and processes for internal control
- 3 years demonstrated payroll experience in a similar role - preferably in an international or Nordic environment
- Technical experience of payroll software
- Excellent computer skills and experience in the use of MS Excel
- Basic knowledge of accounting
- Ability to easily understand new and different systems
- Excellent written and verbal English and Swedish communication skills
