
Finance Business Partner Nordics - Marketing & Finland - 12 months FTC

- Maintain and Track the A&P Spend accross the Nordics and work with local marketing teams to ensure trackers are kept up to date and that activity delivers an appropriate ROI
- Manage and maintain the Local A&P Tool and setting budgets, tracking actuals vs budget with cost owners, ensuring posting accuracy & providing insights on performance
- Manage Closing Activities (Media Agencies accruals and other necesssary bookings if needed)
- Manage LRP top down building block brand / category files to ensure consistency and effective consolidation
- Manage and validate Innovation Business Cases and make sure that they're aimed at improving the commercial P&L and enhancing overall efficiency within the organization
- Support the business cases throughout the StageGate cycle and demonstrate a 'value add mentality' - deliver ad hoc analysis and scenario modelling / decision support for key initiatives
- Full control of Finland's Gross To Net and Profitability
- Partner with the Country Lead to manage the Weekly Sales Forecast, ientify opportunities and risks and driving actions to secure the forecast
- Sales Closing Activities including commentaries and variance analysis
- Manage the monthly Rolling forecast and Long Range Planning of the Sales and Profitabilty of Finland
- Participate and contribute to the monthly Demand Review cycle
- Qualification in Finance, Economics, Accounting or recognised accounting qualification
- At least 5 years experience in a commercial business (FMCG / Consumer Goods environment).
- Experience in working in commercial P&L environment and responsible for partnering those responsible for performance deliver
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills, problem solving, and decision-making skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable strategies
- Advanced Microsoft Office user, passionate by Excel. First experience of Power BI is a plus
- Strong business acumen and understanding of key business drivers
- Proactive in identifying and solving problems/issues; a drive for continuous professional development in self and others
- Fluent in English (Swedish or Finnish is a plus)
