The start can be flexibly agreed during the autumn.Your task is to support the management of the business unit with financial information, analyses, calculations and insights, as well as by actively participating in decision-making at different levels of the unit. BU Powders and Baby Foods provides both basic and value-added ingredients to industry partners and consumers around the world and accounts for a large part of Valio’s foreign sales.In your daily work, you will be helped by your colleagues in the Finance Business Partnering and Operations Controlling team. The team acts as finance business partners and provides holistic finance support for all Valio’s business units, markets and operations.In this position, you will be responsible for:

Management, analysis and reporting of financial data in the Powders and Baby Foods business unit. You will also actively prepare financial analyses that support decision-making, as well as present your views on the financial impacts and consequences of business decisions.

Development of reports, models and tools needed for the task

Profitability analyses on product categories and markets, as well as cost management

Financial evaluation of investments

Rolling planning and other financial processes in your responsibility area

We hope that you have:

A suitable master's degree

At least 3-5 years of experience in business controlling or similar tasks

Strong initiative and business orientation

Analytical skills and the ability to form and communicate conclusions and recommendations

Solid interaction skills

Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Finnish
