We are looking for an experienced MEP Site Manager to join a significant industrial construction project in the Kymenlaakso region. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a technically demanding and high-profile development that will have a lasting impact on the regions infrastructure and industry.In this project-based role, you will be responsible for managing MEP site construction activities, ensuring that all work is carried out in compliance with Finnish standards, regulations, and safety requirements. You will play a key role in the successful execution of the project. The assignment is expected to last approximately two years, and the work is located in Kymenlaakso.Your responsibilities include:– Overseeing daily site operations and coordinating construction activities
– Ensuring compliance with Finnish building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
– Managing subcontractors and site personnel
– Monitoring schedules, progress, and resource allocation
– Reporting site status and progress to the project management team
– Supporting problem-solving and decision-making on-site
– Ensuring proper documentation and site records are maintainedWhat we expect from you:– Several years of experience in managing large-scale industrial new-build projects, such as pharmaceutical facilities, data centers, or other technically demanding environments
– Prefabricated MEP installation experience is a plus
– Strong understanding of on-site construction management processes
– Solid knowledge of Finnish construction standards and codes
– Fluent in Finnish and English
