- Research and actively identify new business opportunities focus on consumer business within Accident and Health, Travel and Special Personal Lines.
- Understand the need of the customer and build winning value proposition to pitch our products and services and bind new business
- Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services
- Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
- Active account management for the won businesses in the Nordics including strategic development of the account until moved to be managed by Partnership Manager
- Contribute to our growth - hit and smash the set target for new business
- We expect you to have a suitable degree (M.Sc / BBA) and at least 5 years of experience working in similar role with a successful track record of identifying new business opportunities.
- We hope you have experience in building long lasting client and broker relationship, nurturing and developing them and have knowledge of insurance products and the industry.
- Role requires excellent communication, organisational and negotiation skills.
- We are a dynamic team and hope you are business minded and have hands-on way of working. As a person you are open, proactive, target orientated and able to handle various tasks at the same time.
- You have analytical and tactical mindset and are collaborative by nature but are also able to work independently when required.
- You have strong communication skills and thrive with professional challenges.
- This position requires fluent good English and will require some traveling within the Nordics mostly.
