- Lead from Day One: Join Frends’ sales leadership team immediately, with full responsibility for establishing, building, and leading the new ISV sales function.
- Build and Scale: Lay the foundation for Frends’ ISV sales, recruit and develop your team as we grow.

- Proven results in ISV solution sales to technology industries—demonstrated success as an individual contributor with quota achievement, pipeline generation, new business wins, and a deep understanding of how to position, sell, and grow ISV accounts (not just managing partners).
- Hands-on hunter mentality: You thrive on outbound prospecting, building your own pipeline, and winning new logos.
- Leadership experience is a strong plus: You may have led teams or initiatives, but what matters most is your readiness and ability to take on a leadership role and build a high-performing sales function.
- Strategic and operational: You can set the vision and execute the plan, balancing high-level thinking with day-to-day sales activities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage C-level and technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of technology companies: You understand how technology companies develop their products and the integration challenges they face (a strong plus).
- Understanding of integration technology: Familiarity with SaaS or PaaS solutions, ideally also iPaaS, and a natural curiosity toward technical solutions.
- Fluent in English (other European languages are a plus).
- Based in Europe (Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, UK, or similar) with the ability to work remotely and travel as needed.
- Experience in EMEA markets is highly valued; a global mindset for future expansion.
- You will be reporting to Frends CRO.
- Our recruitment process includes around three discussions with a case presentation included. To ensure a smooth and informative process, you will meet at least our People Integrator, CRO and CEO. Reference checks are also included in the process.
