- Build and manage technical support services of EV Charging business including technical support to customers and partners, relevant technical trainings, spare part operations and customer deliveries, considering the needs of different external and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and partner satisfaction levels through providing outstanding and efficient technical support.
- Close collaboration and technical support for the sales team throughout different sales process phases.
- Supporting and collaborating closely with other internal stakeholders such as product development and supply chain as necessary.
- Ensure that relevant technical documentations are up-to-date.
- Lead and coordinate the work of the technical support team, and ensure the technical support organization, processes and tools are in line with current and future needs.
- Relevant degree in engineering, business or other relevant field.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably from within the EV industry and in an international setting.
- Proven experience in building and managing technical support services and team. Previous knowledge and experience from spare part operations is considered an advantage.
- Strongly customer-oriented mindset and solutions-driven approach.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Willingness and possibility for occasional travel.
- Fluent proficiency in English is required. Full working proficiency in Finnish. Swedish and/or other European language(s) is considered a plus.
