
Regional After Sales Representative Finland

- Drive and support dealer partner’s service network management with service preparation, monitoring and managing the aftersales business plan and steering the dealer partner’s continuous service level improvement.
- Planning and organizing regular dealer visits, meetings, workshops, and other activities with regional partners. Be responsible for the after-sales projects development, execution, and assessment.
- Ensures the localization and implementation of the BYD aftersales policies and standards in the network to ensure the set-up of a strong BYD service network. Secure the quality of our service network by timely training, tooling, and other supportive materials and programs.
- Owns and continuously improves all authorized repairers/service centers KPIs. In collaboration with our Chinese and European HQ, creates, implements, and ensures regular ad hoc performance reporting.
- Ensure implementation of our customer-centric approach and unique BYD customer experience at dealer partners. Regional customer satisfaction (NPS from service), collects and analyzes service/ maintenance data, assists partners to resolve customer complaints and negative feedback in time. Also support and monitor partners CX process improvement by a Voice of Customer focused supported by local call center set-up.
- As an expert in after-sales, support and communicate with technical support, quality and warranty team with critical issue handling, quality investigation and training arrangement.
- Coordinate the spare parts deliveries in close cooperation with the parts supply chain team and steering parts service level improvement.
- Working with dealer partners to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual after sales objectives and KPI’s.
- Travels across the region/ country as needed to support day to day after sales business and ensure close relationship with dealer partners. Any other reasonable duties requested by line manager.
- Willing to travel on a very frequent basis within the country/ region and abroad including potential trips to the Netherlands and China, indication 25% of your time.
- HBO+ (bachelor or master) working and thinking level, acquired by education or work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role in automotive/ E-mobility within importer or OEM.
- Organized with communication skills and an understanding of differences between countries, cultures, regulations. Self-learning, the ability to discover and solve problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Finnish language and English is a must, Chinese is a plus.
- High-level attention to details, time management and accuracy. Proficient PowerPoint and presentation skills.
- Must hold a valid driver license for EU and candidates must be eligible to work in Europe.
