- Prioritization and timely resolution of customer quality issues and technical support questions
- Point of contact for technical support teams around the world
- Provides specification, installation and application guidance to internal and external customers
- Technical training to partners, distributors, sales companies, bodybuilders and customers
- Establishes, distributes and follows-up service letters and product re-calls (contribute to content)
- Documentation creation (manuals, instruction video, warranty books, etc.)
- Tracks, routes and redirects problems to correct resources
- Ensures proper facts and problem reports to R&D, QA and other PSC units
- Provides content to the PLC (Product Lifetime Care) process (cases, documents, reports, etc)
- Facilitates complex and cross functional root cause analysis incl. escalation to PLC
- Participates in development and NPD (New Product Development) - projects as subject matter expertise
- Recommends procedure / process and product modifications.
- University Degree: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably in on-road load handling or heavy machinery
- Understanding of hydraulic and CAN-controlled machinery
- Hands-on experience with heavy machinery and/or technical writing is preferred
- Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders is vital
- Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to analyze complex problems, develop creative solutions, and implement them effectively
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present technical information clearly
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both spoken and written English is mandatory. Other language skills are considered as an asset
