Job Description:Enersense Engineering Oy is currently looking for an Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) Engineer to support our client in Porvoo, Finland. As part of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that work will be executed according to design, schedule and safety requirements while coordinating closely with other stakeholders.Main tasks and responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate Electrical and Instrumentation construction and installation works on-site
Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards and local regulations
Review and validate contractor work plans, method statements and inspection test plans
Perform technical inspections, report deviations and initiate corrective actions
Act as the interface between design engineering and site execution
Support project planning, progress tracking and reporting to project management
Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental guidelines and best practices
Manage and document changes and field modifications during construction
Participate in handover and documentation processes

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation or similar
Experience in Electrical and Instrumentation construction, commissioning, or site engineering roles
Proven track record in industrial projects
Good understanding of electrical systems, control systems and instrumentation technologies
Familiarity with relevant industry standards and construction codes
Strong organizational and leadership skills in a site environment
Ability to read and interpret electrical and instrumentation drawings and documentation
Good English skills, Finnish language skills are considered a benefit
