- Lead, manage, and mentor the Structural Analysis team
- Define structural requirements from mission and launcher constraints down to system and subsystem levels
- Lead and contribute to trade studies, design reviews, and verification and qualification documentation
- Ensure smooth and timely product delivery from concept through qualification
- Drive continuous improvement of structural design and analysis methods
- Collaborate with hardware engineering, AIT, and quality teams to ensure compliance with launch and in-orbit environments
- Work with system and subsystem engineers to define requirements for new products
- Support integration, validation, and issue resolution across internal and external teams
- Master's degree in Structural Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
- Experience leading and managing structural analysis or engineering teams
- Experience designing satellite structures, subsystems, or complex electromechanical systems
- Deep understanding of mechanical stress, vibration, and thermal effects on space structures
- Strong expertise in finite element analysis, including structural dynamics and failure analysis
- Experience with mechanical, hybrid, and bonded joints for load-carrying composite structures
- Familiarity with aerospace standards such as ECSS, NASA, or MIL
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with systems, electrical, and manufacturing teams
- Experience with PLM or PDM systems for configuration control
- Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly, integration, and testing
