We are looking for a customer-oriented receptionist to strengthen our hotel team. As a receptionist, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, and your main responsibility is to ensure a warm and seamless experience from start to finish.Your responsibilities include:
– Welcoming guests and handling check-in and check-out
– Managing reservations and guest information
– Providing guests with information and guidance about hotel services and local activities
– Answering phone calls and emails
– Handling payments and transactions
– Collaborating with other staff to meet guest needsWe expect from you:
– Experience in reception work or customer service (experience in the hotel industry is an advantage)
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– A positive and solution-oriented attitude
– Accuracy and organizational skills
