For our well-known customer in Jyväskylä, we are looking for a SW test automation developer. You can be seasoned or in the beginning of your career.This assignment focuses on the full lifecycle of test automation: planning, designing, developing, and executing test cases.The objective is to build robust automation scenarios that significantly improve testing efficiency, reliability, and repeatability.Environment requires good level of know-how in industry, studies in relevant technology. Also ability to participate and contribute to scrum team work autonomously.Tasks:- Attend testing and software development objective setting meetings and provide acknowledgement of achievable goals.- Design software solutions, test automation architecture, and detailed test cases.- Execute daily development and automation activities, including feature implementation and bug fixing.- Develop, refactor, and maintain production code and API endpoints to ensure high quality and performance.- Maintain and improve test automation suites throughout the project lifetime.- Visualize testing and development progress and create reports for different audiences.- Harmonize software development practices and test automation in cooperation with other Engineers and projects. -- Participation in the Development Team of the Agnet platform API interface as an SW Developer and Automation Engineer.- Design and implementation of new features, functionalities, and fixes for the Agnet platform API interface. Development and maintenance of test automation code specifically for the Agnet platform API.- Planning and coordination of testing activities, including defining and executing test plans for new and existing functionalities.- Conducting code reviews and ensuring the technical debt of the API development is kept at a minimum.Other specific factors:- A strong proficiency in software development and testing Agnet application, including automation of Agnet platform API interfaces.- Deep understanding of API design principles and back-end development.Customer will provide an environment for the testing management.
