Learn more about our .Role Responsibilities:Design or modify electrical engineering assemblies, layouts, schematics, drawingsIdentify and troubleshoot a variety of complex electrical problems with limited supervisionTechnically lead or execute engineering projects together with key stakeholders and key suppliersImplement concepts for a variety of complex product issues and electrical solutions of difficult scopeGenerate electrical product specifications; specify and review engineering documentationProductize the designs and confirm they are fully optimized for cost, manufacturability, and assembly efficiency, enabling consistent, scalable, and repeatable productionServe as a resource for junior colleagues; lead project teams, as neededClearly communicate difficult or sensitive information; build consensusMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree4-7 years of experience in a related fieldPreferred Qualifications:Strong knowledge of industry best practices, key business drivers, competition in the marketplace, and how your area of expertise integrates with othersPrevious experience using E3s for schematic design and Teamcenter for product lifecycle managementDemonstrated leadership skills to lead small projects as neededAdditional InformationTime Type: Full timeEmployee Type: Assignee / RegularTravel: Yes, 10% of the TimeRelocation Eligible: NoApplied Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
