We are looking for concrete element workers to Valkeakoski!We are currently seeking experienced concrete element workers for our client company to Valkeakoski. The job position is located at concrete element factory, where various concrete elements are manufactured and finished for construction projects.In this role, you will be responsible for producing various concrete elements, such as walls, partition walls, facades, beams, and slabs, and ensuring their production process. Your tasks will include building and cleaning molds, installing reinforcements, and pouring concrete into molds. After pouring, you will ensure the elements dry properly and are removed from the molds. The work is physical and requires precision and care, so prior experience in the concrete industry is required.The work takes place on weekdays, and the job may be either day shift or two-shift work. The employment terms follow the collective agreement of the construction product industry.We hope you have:
  • Previous experience in the concrete industry, especially in the production of facade elements
  • A desire to commit to a long-term employment relationship
  • A proactive attitude and motivation
  • Good physical condition and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Finnish and/or English
