Are you a business-driven relationship builder with deep knowledge of contact centers and the Finnish market? Do you want to combine external growth with internal business development, while also helping to drive a companys AI strategy in practice? Then this could be the right next step for you.About the RoleAs Business Development Manager for Finland, you will be a key player in our Nordic expansion. Youll be responsible for establishing new business opportunities in the Finnish market, as well as driving business development initiatives internally within the company. The role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution along with a strong ability to turn ideas into reality.You will also play a central role in executing the companys AI strategy, working closely with product and development teams. This includes identifying relevant business cases, leading AI-related initiatives, and ensuring that technology is integrated where it creates the most value.You report to the Operations Manager in Sweden and are part of the Finnish management team, where you are expected to contribute with both business insights and local market expertise.Your Main Responsibilities:
– Identify and establish new customer relationships in Finland – Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals – Develop collaborations and partnerships in the region – Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and realize business opportunities – Contribute to and execute the companys AI strategy through concrete business initiatives – Analyze market trends and provide data-driven decision support – Actively participate in the Finnish management team
We think you’ll thrive in this role if you have:
– Documented experience in B2B sales or business development within contact centers or related industries – Strong understanding of the Finnish market and business culture – Experience leading or contributing to digital or tech-heavy projects, preferably within AI or data-driven business development – Ability to navigate between external customer contacts and internal stakeholders – Fluency in Finnish and English Swedish is a plus – A proactive, business-oriented, and analytical approach
