- Searching and finding new opportunities within existing accounts - identifying and developing growth opportunities, generating new revenue streams, creating and maintaining a business pipeline according to customer account performance, planning and monitoring.
- Work effectively to generate and support cross-sell opportunities across product lines.
- Working within agreed budgets.
- Setting up and tracking Forecast vs Plan activities and goals.
- Working closely with underwriters to improve program profitability.
- Working closely with other colleagues to implement new collaborations.
- Play an important role in generating appropriate regional campaigns.
- Reporting to Northern Europe Management and/or Regional Teams in a timely and accurate manner.
- Conducting market analyses
- Preparing for and participating in internal Product Council and Governance meetings
- Working with the Business Development Manager on the implementation of new programs to ensure a seamless transfer of new accounts.
- Specific similar experience in an insurance company, broker, or in a large company (bank, utility, telco, mobility)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or similar years of experience for the role
- Strong knowledge of insurance, particularly in Affinity Programs, Direct Marketing and Travel Insurance.
- Ability to identify business opportunities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Goal-oriented and strong negotiation skills
- Because Chubb has a clear focus on digital distribution, previous experience in this area is a plus
