Key Responsibilities:
-Supply Chain Planning:

Manage planning processes with third-party contract manufacturers, aligning demand forecasts with production and inventory
Sourcing & Purchasing Execution
Execute procurement strategies, and manage purchasing workflows
Process and System Development
Develop and Implement scalable processes and systems to support growth. Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
Organizational Development
Contribute to the Organizational Development under the guidance of the COO.

-Order Fulfillment & Customer Service:

Manage order fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery and high service levels
Transportation & Logistics
Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, optimize carrier performance, and reduce costs.

– Min. Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field
– Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, preferably in the food industry
– Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
– Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and build operational areas from scratch
– Hands-on approach
– Experience with ERP systems, inventory management software, and supply chain analytics tools
– Strong communication skills, including proficiency in verbal and written English
