- Design and implement ABM strategies for telco, MSPs, and global strategic partner accounts, aimed at both acquiring new logos and expanding existing accounts.
- Lead personalized, multi-channel campaign development including email, digital, content, and virtual/physical experiences.
- Align closely with RevOps field sales to identify target accounts, support outbound initiatives and track account engagement.
- Leverage insights from Salesforce, intent platforms and analytics tools to prioritize efforts and personalize outreach.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to measure the business impact of ABM efforts.
- Collaborate with content, product marketing, and digital teams to develop messaging and assets aligned to industry and buying stage.
- Stay current on telco and MSP industry dynamics, customer needs and competitive landscape to refine campaigns.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with 3+ years in account-based or segment-specific marketing roles.
- Strong track record of delivering measurable pipeline and revenue from ABM programs.
- Experience working with strategic sales teams on joint planning and execution.
- Experienced and hands-on in creating marketing content.
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Demandbase, Marketing Cloud or equivalents.
- Excellent collaboration skills, and fluent English.
- Analytical mindset with ability to act on marketing and sales data.
- Industry experience in telco and MSPs is a plus.
- Strategic planning & execution: Ability to build long-term marketing plans tied to commercial outcomes.
- Customer & account focus: Understands buyer personas, journeys and how to influence decision-makers.
- Collaborative leadership: Builds strong internal alliances.
- Data-driven optimization: Uses analytics and feedback loops to improve performance continuously.
