Reporting to: Regional Vice President, NordicsThe OpportunityWe are Salesforce, the Customer Company, and our INFA (Informatica) team is at the heart of the AI, Data, and CRM revolution. We are looking for a high-caliber Senior Account Executive to take full ownership of the Finnish market. This is a premier "Individual Contributor" role with the strategic weight of a country lead. Based in Finland, you will act as the primary architect for our expansion in the region, serving as the face of Salesforce’s data management and integration solutions. Reporting directly to the Regional Vice President for the Nordics, you will have the autonomy to drive the market strategy while being backed by the power of the world’s #1 CRM ecosystem.The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
As the dedicated owner of the Finnish market, you will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle—from high-level territory planning to closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Market Stewardship: Act as the "CEO of your territory," developing and executing a comprehensive business plan to maximize our footprint across Finland.
- Strategic Prospecting: Build deep, lasting relationships with CXOs, CIOs, and Engineering leaders, translating complex data challenges into high-impact business outcomes.
- Pipeline Excellence: Proactively identify, qualify, and close a robust pipeline, maintaining accurate forecasting within SFDC using the MEDDPICC methodology.
- Ecosystem Collaboration: Partner with Solution Architects, Professional Services, and our strategic partner channel to deliver seamless customer success and maximize deal size.
- Value-Based Selling: Articulate the power of Data Integration, Quality, and Governance as the essential foundation for successful AI-driven transformations.
- Experience: 5+ years of quota-carrying field sales experience, specifically within Enterprise Software. Experience in Data Management, Data Integration, or Data Science is highly preferred.
- Market Knowledge: A proven track record of overachievement in the Finnish market with an established network of local enterprise contacts.
- Strategic Mindset: The ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build "champions" within both business and technical departments.
- Sales Rigor: Proficiency in modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, or SPIN).
- Language: Native or professional fluency in Finnish and English is required.
- Location: You must be based in Helsinki or available for remote work within Finland.
