In this pivotal role, you will help build a high-performing innovation ecosystem, bringing together internal KONE stakeholders, and SMEs, startups, corporates and academia to deliver co-innovation outcomes against key Renaissance ecosystem KPIs.The position is based in KONE headquarters (Espoo, Finland) and reporting directly to the Head of Innovation Execution. This role is primarily office‑based, and we expect you to work on‑site 4 days per week to support collaboration, fast learning, and hands‑on participation in innovation projects.Main responsibilitiesEcosystem strategy and partnerships: Define and execute the ecosystem strategy aligned with Renaissance KPIs; identify, engage, and manage key partners while building high-impact collaborations.Renaissance Veturi Co-innovation execution: Drive partnership agreements, match internal RDI needs with external partners, and ensure ecosystem initiatives translate into tangible innovation outcomes.Stakeholder orchestration: Act as the main interface between internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth collaboration, communication, and alignment.Ecosystem activation: Plan and run events, workshops, and forums; manage ecosystem communications and visibility (including digital channels and thought leadership).Performance and governance: Monitor ecosystem performance, report impact, and continuously develop operating models and programs to scale ecosystem engagement.The desired candidate will haveApplicant must be fluent speaker of Finnish language and demonstrate a high level of proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the Finnish language as the work requires communication with Finnish authorities and diverse local Finnish organizations which prefer working in FinnishExperience in Business Finland funded co-innovation, partnership agreements, or KPI-driven environments (e.g. public funding) is a must.Relevant experience (2–4 years) in ecosystem development, partnerships, or innovation programs, with hands-on delivery mindset.Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to move from strategy to execution.Solid background in construction and real estate industry is considered as a great assetProven ability to build and manage collaborations across diverse partners (startups, SMEs, corporates, academia).Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create clear, impactful updates and presentations.What can KONE offer you?At KONE, we are focused on creating an innovative and collaborative working culture where we value the contribution of each individual.
