- Lead the growth of the Wolt Benefits merchant network across Finland
- Support SMB sales related to the Wolt Benefits offering
- Leading and developing a growing team within sales and account management professionals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, onboarding, legal, and marketing teams to ensure best-in-class processes and support product expansion in Finland
- Develop and optimize sales materials and onboarding frameworks across all merchant verticals
- Track and analyze KPIs, pricing, and commission structures, and audit onboarding quality to improve efficiency and profitability
- Manage partner concerns and escalations, ensuring a smooth and responsive experience
- Localize campaigns and merchant communications in collaboration with marketing
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or commercial operations, ideally within employee benefits, e-commerce, fintech, payments, or other tech/platform businesses
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities
- Experience working cross-functionally with operations, support, and marketing teams
- Data-driven approach with familiarity in CRM tools and BI platforms such as Looker or Power BI
- Fluency in Finnish and English
